Subconscious Language Learning
Brainwave synchronization is process used
to manipulate states of consciousness through audible and visual stimulation.
These practices are often associated with hypnosis, meditation, and a
variety of other clinical applications. Studies have shown that vibrations
from rhythmic sounds have a profound effect on brain activity. You may
be familiar with the concept that all matter around us has a specific
frequency. With the use of an electroencephalograph scientists have associated
specific frequencies to states of consciousness called "brain states."
These frequencies are measured in hertz(Hz)or cycles per seconds(cps).
BETA 14 - 40 cps
Fully Awake and Alert : Generally associated with left-brain thinking
activity - conscious mind
ALPHA 8 - 13 cps
Relaxed, Daydreaming: Generally associated with right-brain thinking
activity - subconscious mind- a key state for "relaxation"
THETA 4 - 7 cps
Deeply Relaxed, Dreaming: Generally associated with right-brain thinking
activity - deeper subconscious to super conscious, Access to insights,
bursts of creative ideas - a key state for "reality creation"through
vivid imagery
DELTA 0.5 - 3.5cps
Dreamless: generally associated with no thinking - unconscious / super
conscious Access to non-physical states of existence - a key state for
"regeneration" and "rejuvenation"
It is perceived that an auditory beat can be used to entrain specific
neural rhythms through the frequency-following response (FFR). A result
from the interaction of two different auditory impulses. Each hemisphere
of the brain has its own sound processing center(the olivary nucleus)
that receives signals from the opposite ear. It is perceived that when
a binaural beat is introduced the two tones of slightly different frequencies
with a variable of 0.5 to 40 cps can synchronize the two hemispheres
and induce a specific brain state. The binaural beats contribute to
the hemispheric synchronization observed in meditative and hypnotic
states of consciousness. Uses of audio with embedded binaural beats
that are mixed with music or background sound are diverse. They range
from relaxation, meditation, stress reduction, pain management, improved
sleep quality, decrease in sleep requirements, super learning, enhanced
creativity and intuition, remote viewing, telepathy, and out-of-body
experience and lucid dreaming.
